We store data on our own servers in Norway and use physical (e.g. access control), technical (e.g. software) and organizational (e.g. instructions and procedures) safeguards to protect any data we receive from our customers/clients and partners from erasure, alteration, unauthorized access, publication, and other instances of data protection violation. Entities that process data on our behalf are also required to protect the information provided to them in a manner consistent with the law in force. All data collected through our website and e-mail, as well as data related to the operation of our website, are stored on the servers of our hosting provider - Domene AS, organization number: 929 700 982.

How long do we store personal data?

We store the personal data of our customers/clients and business partners for as long as these data are necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they have been collected, or until you revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data - which does not affect the processing that took place before the revocation of such consent. Information associated with a specific contract or project is erased within a reasonable period of time after the termination of the contract or completion of the project in question.

What rights do you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation 2016/679/EU)?

In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

• access your data and request a copy of them
• learn what information we have collected about you, how long we will keep it, and with whom we share it
• get to know the legal basis and purpose of the processing of your personal data
• request the rectification of any erroneous information or the updating of your data
• revoke your consent to the processing of these data or to request us to erase your personal data
• object to the processing of your personal data if you believe we have no legal grounds to do so

Why and how do we use web analytics tools?

We use statistical and analytical tools provided by Google LLC to monitor and analyze how visitors to our website use it, to tailor the content of the website to their interests, and to improve their experience when they visit the website. The data collected for this purpose are anonymized and do not contain information about specific individuals.

Keywords associated with our website are stored in aggregate form so that they cannot be linked to other user data.
